  • CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

    Our classes offer variations and modifications for all levels. If you have a specific injury or concern, please inform one of the instructors before class.

    Fit-X

    ALL LEVELS

    Fit-X is a great class to push your limits and take your results to the next level.

    Each class incorporates a challenging combination of cardio, bodyweight exercises, agility, and strength training.

    Fat Burner

    ALL LEVELS

    Fat Burner is the perfect class for beginners to advanced levels.

    Each class offers a variety of cardio, bodyweight exercises, and light-weights to maximize your results.

    Tabata Burn

    ALL LEVELS

    Tabata Burn is a fun, high energy class that is sure to get your heart pumping.

    The class is structured on multiple rounds of 20-30 seconds of high-intensity exercises followed by 20-30 seconds of rest.

    TRX/Weights

    ALL LEVELS

    TRX/Weights is a slower-paced class that focuses on TRX suspension strap bodyweight exercises and basic weight lifting.

     

    Lower/Upper Body Weights

    ALL LEVELS

    Weights class focuses on proper weight lifting technique and basic strength training in a small group setting.

    Booty Class

    ALL LEVELS

    Booty Class is a unique class dedicated to creating a strong yet aesthetic booty.

    Classes may include weights, bands, floor work and bodyweight exercises.

    Abs/Cardio

    ALL LEVELS

    Abs/Cardio is a quick 30 minute class geared to maximize your time and get you results!

    Each class focuses on heart-pumping cardio mixed with ab burning exercises.
